Meet Our Team

Jissella was born in Arlington, Virginia and raised in the Nation’s Capital and Montgomery County, Maryland. Her family is from El Salvador. Jissella grew up in a bilingual home where her parents instilled strong family values in her to be responsible and work hard. Upon graduating from Montgomery Blair High School, Jissella attended Montgomery College.

Jissella started her insurance career working for an All State agent in Columbia and Takoma Park, Maryland and earned her Property & Casualty License. She furthered her career and went to work for Irma Lopez & Associates. She joined the McCartin team in early 2016.

Jissella has three beautiful children. She cherishes spending time with them and is always on the lookout for new adventures to share.

Jissella just may be our biggest sports fan! You can find her and the kids in the stands cheering on dad at his softball games. She enjoys attending baseball games when her favorite team, the Atlanta Braves, is in town to take on the Washington Nationals. She is a DC United soccer fan, as well as a Baltimore Ravens football fan. Yes, she wears purple on Fridays! Jissella learned to love the game of football thanks to her son and fiancé. When the Ravens won the Super Bowl in 2012 they attended Pride in Baltimore, an experience she will never forget. GO Ravens!
